    Location is perfect, dealing with main office is difficult, staff is not that attentive, hard to communicate. Lived here for a year made us fix floors after dogs were only on weekends. They were tiny dogs we had them 7 times at our apartment Not good management Denise palmer was excellent very helpful

    Was a tenant here for a couple of years and basically had enough. The arrogant neighbors, poor management/maintenance and bug infestation left me with no other choice but to move. With two brand new buildings blocks away, and another going up all by the LIRR with comparable rent, who really would want to live in these outdated buildings with paper thin walls anyways. Take my word, stay far, far away.
