  Treat you like you are scum when trying to open/renew a home improvement license. Also have the highest price for a license anywhere, $600! Never been ripped off and treated like garbage before.

  I am writing this review as a warning to anyone who might consider using Elite Masons Corp, aka Elite Masonary of Lynbrook, which now is in hempstead. formally known as Maura Mason. To describe all the problems I have experienced with this company would take too much time and space on this site, but to simply state that I am dissatisfied would not do justice to my frustration. To be brief I signed a contract for specific work to be done in October of 2016; such as how many inches deep of cement would be poured, only to find that they did not pour the contracted amount and tried to hide this fact. To date they have not addressed this issue.or the fact that the blue-stone they put in has already cracked with in a week. The dry-wells that where installed collapsed, and when confronted they tried putting a band aid on it. This happened to not one but two dry-wells! No wire was used in the the concrete as contracted. The driveway concrete is scaling, steps are lifting and mortar joints are cracked. I have been calling and texting Mark Cestare, and he keeps saying it will be taken care of. I have been very patient but now that he has my money it seems I am not a priority. To be clear... I paid a LOT of money for inferior work. If the work was redone to my satisfaction, I would be more than happy to write another review stating so. In the meanwhile, take heed. Do not make the same mistake that I made by using Elite masons.
